Hypnotherapy for weight loss is a powerful therapeutic tool to enable you to mentally rehearse eating in the way you want to, feeling, behaving and achieving the weight and level of health you desire. When this is done in Hypnotherapy the mind believes it’s really happened as the mind cannot distinguish between imagination and reality. Therefore, when you come to face the situations in real life your mind believes you’ve already successfully done it, so it becomes so much easier to do in real life. You are effectively reprogramming the mind to let go of unhelpful ways of thinking, feeling and behaving, building new neural pathways in the brain to create lasting change. I will help you learn the tools and techniques to lose weight, feel in control and ultimately adopt a sustainable balanced healthy lifestyle.
Changing your relationship with food to lose weight and reach optimal health takes commitment, but can be achieved relatively quickly within 6-8 sessions.

I am an integrative psychotherapist and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist with an MSc in applied positive psychology from Cambridge and a diploma in British psychological society approved cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy with advanced training in compassion focused therapy (CFT). Using a powerful combination of hypnotherapy for weight loss and binge eating and CFT our sessions together will help you to identify the root cause, feel in control and ultimately change your relationship with food permanently.

Each session is 90 minutes in duration. In my experience the standard 50-60 minute sessions do not give us enough time. 90 minutes allows us to make significant progress while shortening the overall number of sessions required, allowing you to experience change in a shorter period of time. I set each of my clients’ short exercises in-between our sessions to accelerate the process of change. Sessions can take place at my offices in central London or online. Both are equally as effective.
The fee is £95 per session. Sessions are most effective on a weekly basis but can be fortnightly if preferred. If you are open, committed to the process and ready to change you can experience life changing results.
I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy or full appointment fee is due. Care details are required to confirm your booking. These are kept securely on an encrypted banking system.
