Using a proven and integrative approach I draw upon a number of highly effective disciplines. Positive psychology coaching helps to identify and build on your strengths. Compassion focused therapy (CFT) helps you to recognise the ways in which you may be being self-critical, to understand the impact it may be having on your lives and how to become your own biggest supporter. Hypnotherapy is a powerful addition as it helps the mind to deeply embed new ways of confidently thinking about yourself and new ways of confidently behaving. It allows you to rehearse situations in your mind thinking, feeling and behaving the way you want to. When this is done in hypnosis the mind believes it’s really happened as the mind cannot distinguish between imagination and reality. Therefore, when you come to face the situations in real life your mind believes you’ve already successfully done it, so it becomes so much easier to do in real life. You are effectively reprogramming the mind to let go of unhelpful ways of thinking, feeling and behaving, building new neural pathways in the brain to create lasting change.
Learning how to Increase confidence takes commitment and practice, but can be achieved relatively quickly within 6-10 sessions.

I am a confidence coach and therapist with an MSc in applied positive psychology coaching from Cambridge and a British psychological society approved diploma in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy. I use a proven and highly effective approach, drawing upon my collective training in coaching, hypnotherapy for confidence, and compassion focused therapy. Working as a therapist and confidence coach in London I work with clients worldwide, both online and face to face in my central London office. The therapy I offer is solution focused and short-term so as not to tie you in to an unnecessary long term process.

Each session is 90 minutes in duration. In my experience the standard 50-60 minute sessions do not give us enough time. 90 minutes allows us to make significant progress while shortening the overall number of sessions required, allowing you to experience change in a shorter period of time. I set each of my clients’ short exercises in-between our sessions to accelerate the process of change. Sessions can take place in my central London offices or online. Both are equally as effective.
The fee is £95 per session. Sessions are most effective on a weekly basis but can be fortnightly if preferred. If you are open, committed to the process and ready to change you can experience life changing results.
I operate a 48 hour cancellation policy or full appointment fee is due. Card details are required to confirm your booking. These are kept securely on an encrypted banking system.
